Karma is the balance of good and bad debt in your life, (and subsequent lives, if you believe in reincarnation).
Have you heard the sayings:

• “What goes around, comes around”

or

• “What you reap, so shall you sow.”

This is the Law of Karma, also known as:

• “Cause and Effect.”

It is the law of the Universe and is absolute, no-one escapes it, even though there are a lot of people who think they are above such a law, or better yet, think it does not exist!

It does and may not direct it out the same as what has been dealt…… for instance: if a person steals from another, then they won’t necessarily have something stolen……. it may come back as a bad debt or something breaking down in their car or home etc,etc. Something that will cost them money…… Payment for the debt…..

Those who do not understand this law often think it only pertains to the bad stuff we do in our life, but if you are a good person and live your life well without committing crime, deceit, harm to others, then good karma will come back to you as well.

Karmic debt can be carried over from one life to another also, this is usually only because there is a lot to catch up on…… So it is worth thinking first before we do something we know we shouldn’t if we wish to keep the balance.

It is suggested that once we have cleared all our karmic debt, from one past life to the next, then our reincarnation cycle is complete and we never have to return to an earthly life.

Karma is the natural order of the Universe and if adhered to then you should have a Charmed life.

Meditation is a great stress & anxiety buster and it can take as little as 10-15 minutes a day. The notion that you have to sit in the lotus position and go into some sort of trance state doesn’t have to come into play at all, although there are many who do meditate this way.

Usually those who can shut everything out of their minds and go into some kind of trance are very accomplished meditators that are well disciplined in the way that they meditate.

When you meditate, you are effectively calming the electronic impulses in the brain, there-fore changing the chemical compounds that rule the brain, nerves and body. It brings your subconscious mind into play and leaves the conscious mind to still itself for awhile.

When the mind is at rest, even for a few minutes, then the body, spirit and soul take a rest and the good chemicals in the brain release and thus heal the body.

It is well documented that regular meditation will prolong your life and give you quality of life……. you will sleep better, work better, be much healthier, suffer less depression, cope better on a day to day basis and be more relaxed and at one with yourself.

When you find yourself stressing out or in a stressful situation, take yourself away (preferably outside) and just sit or stand, shut your eyes, try not to think, and just take deep breaths in slowly, hold gently, and out again slowly. You will be surprised how much it will help, and effectively, that is a form of meditation.

It is well worth your time reading up on the subject, it doesn’t take much of your time to meditate and the benefits will be three fold.

Reincarnation is the rebirth of a new life and hopefully, a better, more evolved life……. With each new life we reincarnate into to the further up the evolutionary ladder we are suppose to go, but it is said, some do seem to regress due to the karmic balance due from the last life/lives.

There is of course no way to prove or disprove this theory, but I feel it is worth thinking about…….. Wouldn’t you live a good and honest life this time around if it meant an even better life next time???

On a broader scale……. what a great world this would be for all if every-one thought this way and worked to achieve a better life with every reincarnation!

Have you ever watched a gifted child who picks up an instrument for the first time and just seems to learn to play as if it was as natural as breathing? It is suggested that they were a great musician or played instruments/music in one or many previous lives, and they have brought it with them yet again to another life.

The same can be said for children who excel far beyond their peers at school and naturally have very high IQ’s…… we tend to say things like “They are way before their time!”   or   “They have been here before!”    Not thinking twice about the comment we just made……

To leave this life and go back to our Soul Circle to await rebirth is something that I feel is tangible and for some of us we can feel aspects of a past life in our current incarnation. For instance, I seem to have a lot of medical knowledge, yet I have never studied medicine in any form, it just seems to come forward when needed. I have often diagnosed symptoms in some-one, to have them then go to the doctor and have it verified!

So for me the idea of Reincarnation is very tangible and if you are at all curious, then it is worth reading up more on the subject……. I hope you are having a good life and that your next one will be great!

There are many good psychics!

Psychics often have a bad reputation of being scam artists and charlatans. However, there are many legitimate gifted psychics that do professional psychic readings. The first step is determining why you need a psychic and what type to look for.

Why do you need the services of a psychic?

What type of psychic do you need?

Are you looking to contact a dead relative? If so, you would search for psychic mediums. Do you have a love problem? If so, you would look for a love psychic. Do you just want to know what your future holds? Then you would just look for a general psychic reading.

User Rating System.

I think this is the best way to find a good psychic, if you do not have any referrals from friends. When you are looking at user ratings look to see if they have “repeat” clients. This is often a very good sign, as you don’t go back to a psychic that nothing happens they said!

What form do you want the reading to take (in person, by phone, or by online chat)?

In person psychic readings, are the most popular, due to the general misconception that you have to be with a person to pick up their energy. This is actually not true.

In person readings actually have many disadvantages for a genuine psychic. When a psychic sees a person his or her subconscious mind automatically stereotypes them (age, class, race, etc), this limits the psychics intuitive freedom and objectivity. We don’t mean to do this but it does definitely happen,  it is how the mind works.

What should you tell the psychic when you come for a reading?

Name and DOB, if you are able give pictures and objects of the people involved. Genuine psychics really don’t want to know anything! Anything you tell us only limits our objectivity. I get so many clients that want to give me a detailed history of their lives and then expect me to do a reading for them. A real psychic wants as little information as possible; otherwise we lose our objectivity and will become intellectually biased.

Come to a psychic with an open mind and heart.

It is very important not to judge a psychic reading based on your belief or the current appearances.  Many clients are in the “mental box.” They will consider the psychic as “bad” simply  because it is either not what they want to hear or looking at the appearances (current and past) it seems impossible to them.  This is a cognitive distortion. It is kind of like trading stocks based on yesterday’s newspapers. It is insane really…

Do psychics just tell you what you want to hear?

Well I don’t know about other psychics, but make my money off of repeat business. So, I do not have a motive to tell people what they want to hear. I am confident other professional psychics are also the same way.

Should you go to a psychic when you are in intense emotional states?

No! This is the most common mistake that clients make. Emotions produce strong vibrations and many times the psychic will mistake the client’s hopes and fears as what is going to happen. It is best to take a sea salt bath and be in a relaxed state of mind before coming to a psychic.

Do honest psychics see the calendar?

We can see what is going to happen and generally the ball park of when. Rarely can we see exact dates. In fact, this is a red flag to look for if a psychic tells you they can.

Dial a curse?

To know is to avert. Good psychics will tell someone, in a skillful proactive way, of something negative is on the horizon. If you know it is going to rain you just bring an umbrella and you are not effected.

The future is not set in stone, you have the power to change things that you know ahead of time. That is the value of a good psychic really. If everything was set in stone, going to a psychic would be pointless.

Now I know there are some unscrupulous psychics that will tell you awful things. They do this normally for either of two reasons: 1. to extort money from you to take off curses. 2. They work on fear. They realize the creative power of suggestion. They tell you awful things, then they happen. Then you think wow they were right, when in reality that would not have happened if you had not charged with fear their prediction thus creating it.

What are you feeling when you get a reading?

Do you get a feeling of uplift? It doesn’t matter what a psychic tells you actually. When you are consulting a spiritual person you will feel uplifted. Their vibrations are very healing.

Madame, Mother, Sister, Rev?

These psychics are normally what we like to call “gypsy psychics” in the field. These are generally the ones that will extort you for large sums of money to take curses off that do not exist. They will tell you they do their work in the church. This is ludicrous! Traditional religion does not believe in psychics, for the most part, much less allowing someone to do rituals in their church.

Many times they advertise with headlines “free readings,” “immediate results,” ect…

Bad ratings on other sites?

Do not be fooled! The psychic field has become extremely competitive. Many unscrupulous psychics are now posting bad reviews on other sites to black list their competitors. Many times it costs the psychic thousands of dollars to actually sue the company to remove completely false statements. The only outside review system I would trust and recommend is the Better Business Bureau; because, you have to give your name and present evidence of your identity and transaction.
